These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the phj8 platform, accessible at phj8.app and any associated mobile or web applications operated by phj8 ("the Platform," "phj8," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any feature of the phj8 platform, you ("the User," "you," or "your") confirm your unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

This is the minimum legal age for participation in casino-style gambling activities in the Philippines as prescribed under applicable Philippine law. phj8 strictly prohibits access by minors and will take all reasonable steps to verify user age.

• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law or the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Single Account: You may only hold one (1) registered account on the phj8 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by phj8 or any other gaming operator or regulatory authority.

To access the full range of phj8 services, you must register a personal account on the Platform. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address where applicable.

phj8 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time for the purpose of verifying your identity, age, or source of funds. Such documentation may include, but is not limited to, a government-issued photo identification (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's license, or UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phj8 login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify phj8 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. phj8 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.

phj8 accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights therein to any third party.

phj8 supports a range of payment methods tailored to the Philippine market, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and InstaPay. All transactions on the phj8 platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified.

Deposits: All deposits are subject to minimum and maximum limits as displayed on the Platform at the time of transaction. Deposits are generally credited to your phj8 wallet instantly or within the time frame specified by your chosen payment provider. phj8 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts; the payment method used for deposits must be registered in your own name.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of identity verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements. phj8 targets processing of GCash withdrawals within fifteen (15) minutes under normal operating conditions, though processing times may vary depending on your payment provider. phj8 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks prior to processing any withdrawal.

Anti-Money Laundering: phj8 is committed to full compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws and PAGCOR regulations. phj8 reserves the right to request documentation evidencing the source of funds deposited into your account. Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit.

Fees: phj8 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may impose its own transaction fees, for which phj8 accepts no responsibility.

phj8 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be clearly stated at the time the offer is presented. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered phj8 players only and may not be transferred or exchanged for cash except where expressly permitted.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

phj8 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time and are subject to continuous monitoring. phj8 does not manipulate game outcomes in any manner.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, phj8 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's account. phj8's decision in such matters is final. phj8 shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

Any attempt to exploit software bugs, use automated betting systems, engage in collusion, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage on the phj8 platform is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phj8 platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or security systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing phj8 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts on the phj8 platform.
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform's software for financial gain.

All content on the phj8 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the exclusive property of phj8 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the phj8 platform without prior written consent from phj8.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phj8 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the phj8 platform.

phj8's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phj8 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phj8 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

phj8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your payment provider.
• Regulatory or legal requirement to do so.

Upon closure of your account for cause, phj8 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where an account is closed without cause by phj8, any verified balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may request voluntary closure of your phj8 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Any pending wagering requirements must be settled prior to withdrawal of remaining funds.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

phj8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, phj8 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered users via email or an in-platform notification. The date of the most recent revision will always be displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the phj8 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 10.
